The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly and vigorously promotes green development, expands energy-saving and environmental protection industries, clean production industries and clean energy industries. Under the strong impetus of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, the concept of "green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The reform of the construction system of ecological civilization has been vigorously and orderly promoted, and it has become a general consensus to promote green development.
